This online training program teaches students how to optimize their performance on the job while doing business and generating creative and innovative ideas. The candidates will learn effective time and career management skills, as well as problem solving, critical thinking and decision making techniques. This program also includes business ethics.

This program is self-paced. Self-paced programs create a unique learning experience that allows students to learn independently and at a pace that best suits them.
