BUSINESS AND INDUSTRY TECHNOLOGY (BIT) PROGRAM
This program is designed to meet the needs of business, industry, and government agencies for individuals possessing knowledge and skills in the areas of desktop publishing, computer security, networking security, computer systems repair, business analysis, and project and cost management.
Comprehensive instruction fully prepares graduates to sit for the following vendor certification exams: Project Management Professional, CIW – Internet Business Associate, A+ 220-901, Network+, Microsoft SharePoint 2013 Core Solutions, and Certified Wireless Technology Specialist.
Courses are 40 clock hours each.
Program: Two 10-Week Terms (320 clock hours)
Tuition cost: $16,000.00 ($8,000.00 per term)
Occupational Objectives: Manager, Business Office Technologies; Administrative Support Technician.

Emerging Technologies Institute (ETI) and the City University of New York (CUNY) on behalf of Queens College have partnered to deliver ETI’s online career training programs to continuing education students enrolled at Queens College Professional & Continuing Studies (PCS).

The career objectives of the Business Office Information Systems program are to train students for entry-level employment as business office information systems specialists with the additional skills of being able to set up, monitor, and maintain basic networking systems.
