IIBA: Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP)

Certification Exam Prep

About the Program

Business analysis aims to not only properly diagnose an issue, but determine the best solution to fix it permanently. Business analysts, who undertake this work, require a unique combination of skills and knowledge to be successful in this function.

Our Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP) - BABOK Guide v3 Aligned online training program prepares the candidate for Business Analyst Certification. This course teaches how to map out a business analysis approach based on the elements concerning a particular project, environment, and organization; and to clearly determine who the stakeholders are, who is responsible for what, and how much effort will be required for project deliverables.

This program is self-paced. Self-paced programs create a unique learning experience that allows students to learn independently and at a pace that best suits them.
